🎁 What does the Mystery Base contain?
During your visit, you can find some of the following items to choose from, including a wide selection of rare items, such as:
Each box is unique and holds its own set of surprises. Its contents remain a mystery… to be discovered once you’re there!
🔓 How does access to the Mystery Base work?
- You place an order.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with the instructions.
- You send us your Fortnite username + proof of purchase.
- We’ll add you as a friend and start a private match on the Steal the Brainrot map.
- The base is chosen randomly, and no one knows what’s inside.
- After a brief moment to think, you choose 1 item and collect it directly from the base.
🚚 Delivery Time
We will take you to the mystery base, generally within 10 minutes during our operating hours.
Operating Hours:
Monday → Friday: 8 AM–12 PM / 1 PM–6 PM
Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM / 1 PM–6 PM / 9:20 PM–11:59 PM
Orders placed during these hours are often delivered within 10 minutes. Outside of these hours, delivery will be made as soon as possible during the next available working hours.
❓ What if I don’t like the base? Can I request another one?
The very concept of the Mystery Base is that no one knows in advance which base they’ll get.
This is what makes the experience so exciting: the surprise and the randomness.
To keep this concept unique and fair for everyone,
